SHIPPING
While some items are available in stock most are made to order and will ship within 7 business days of receipt of order unless otherwise noted. You will receive a confirmation of order when the order is placed and a notification with tracking number when the order is shipped. Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (3-5 business days) with delivery confirmation at a flat rate of $7.
RETURN POLICY
Honi Hoops Maui will accept items for exchange or store credit only within 10 days of receipt of item. Items must be returned in new and unworn condition. Please, email orders@honihoopsmaui.com for further instructions on returning an item. Exchanges will be subject to shipping charges. WE cannot refund shipping charges on returned items. We suggest you insure your package for the full value of the merchandise and return it using the delivery service of your choice. Items received as gifts may be exchanged for another item of equal or greater value. Sale items and items purchased using a promotional code are final sale.
REPAIRS
Honi Hoops Maui will repair any item purchased through honihoopsmaui.com free of charge within 6 months of purchase. Items purchased 6 months and over are subject to a repair fee. Fee is contingent upon the nature of repair and availability of material. Items purchased through other retailers must be returned for repair to the store where item was purchased and is subject to their individual store policy. Please contact orders@honihoopsmaui.com for further instructions regarding repairs.
PRODUCT CARE
To maintain the luster of the gold fill and sterling silver wipe each piece with a soft jewelry or polishing cloth gently after wear. Tahitian pearls may be washed from time to time to maintain shine using soap and water.
